Tawheed LLC provides a software platform for real-time operational analytics for emergency facilities. Our services include but are not limited to our live data API, embeddable widgets, enterprise-grade dashboards, and custom operational data solutions.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. The data provided by our service is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, Tawheed LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with appropriate notice to our users.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Tawheed LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Tawheed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim. The information provided is based on public feeds and is approximate; we are not liable for discrepancies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of DuPage County, Illinois.
